The BIiaZero Retiree Summit (BIRS) is the only summit of its kind, with summit content built by Africans for African Retirees and those who are about to go into retirement. BIRS brings together retirees and those about to retire, who are focused on growing their investments as a lasting retirement plan. The education focuses on five key areas: Investments, Innovation, Business, Technology, Advocacy and Professional development & growth.
In this period of significant uncertainty for numerous retirees and the future as a whole, we bring together retirees, soon-to-be retirees, human resource professionals, executive directors, and decision-makers from both private and public sectors to pose a straightforward question: What is the reason behind the 72.5% of retirees who are facing a bleak future?

BIiaZero Retiree Summit runs the African’s largest innovation, wealth and smartness events, connecting retirees and ideas that change the planet.
BIiaZero Retiree Summit was founded in Lusaka in 2023 by the Centre for eLearning and Information Technology Research. It started as a mere discussion based on a story of a retiree who lost every penny the very day he received his dues through a drinking spree in October 2023. In working towards creating solutions to such situations, a big question was asked. The Summit intends to gather together over a thousand Retirees, those about to retire, businesspeople from around the country. Its flagship event is Retiree Summit in Lusaka, which takes place every year. During the year, Retiree Summit hosts events around the country, including Retiree Summit Kasama in Northern Province, Retiree Summit Ndola in the Copperbelt, and Mosi-o-tunya in Livingstone.

Centre4eLearning is an online educational community offering a wide range of courses from grade 4 to master’s level, covering various specialized fields such as education and technology, computer science, English as a second language, teaching, and humanities. Members of Centre4eLearning have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, seek inspiration, and progress on their creative journey.
